SALAMANCA -- The Cattaraugus County Arts Council invites artists to register through Oct. 25 for a technology and art-related professional-development workshop.
The workshop -- "Get Your Assets in Gear: An Artists' Primer to Creating, Managing and Using Digital Images" -- will be presented from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Center for Regional Excellence, Route 219, Salamanca, on Oct. 25 by Woody Packard, a Rochester commercial photographer and Alfred University instructor. The program is designed to help working artists capture, preserve and manage digital images in today's technology-driven business world.
