Canisius makes it 5 straight over UB

Three-point shooting led the way for the Canisius women's basketball team to win its fifth-straight  win over the University at Buffalo, this time a 70-62 win at Alumni Arena.

While the long distance shooting of Amanda Cavo and Micayla Drysdale led the way for the Griffs, senior forward Laura Buetow added 13 points and 12 rebounds for her second career double-double.

For the season, she is averaging 9.8 points and 8.5 rebounds after averaging just 2.9 points and 4.2 rebounds last season.

Is Buetow (the former Laura Granzow) the most improved player in the Big 4 this year?
