Independent Living of Niagara County is offering an anger management and conflict resolution support group that will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at 746 Portage Road, Niagara Falls. Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara needs volunteers for its gift wrap booth in the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, 1900 Military Road. Shifts begin Dec. 1 and continue through Dec. 24 during mall hours. Holiday floral arrangements will also be for sale. The Senior Wheels USA Program offers power wheelchairs at no cost to senior citizens and those with permanent disabilities for those who qualify. Call (800) 246-6010.

The Individual Services Environment program at Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities who have moved out on their own. Assistance with meal preparation, housekeeping and budgeting is available. Senior services are also available. For information, call 896-2180.

YogAbilities is an agency that provides individual occupational therapy evaluation and treatment, group or individual therapeutic yoga sessions and specialized sessions in schools and day programs for those with special needs from birth to senior. For information, call 692-9642.

Native American Community Services, 1005 Grant St., provides assistance to developmentally disabled individuals and their families in both Erie and Niagara counties through the Medicaid Services Coordination Program. Services can be provided to off-reservation Native Americans as well as other Western New York community members. For information, call 874-4460.

Patrick Oakley Associates, 2982 Delaware Ave., Kenmore, is a vocational services agency offering vocational evaluations and career counseling for students developing IEPs and transition plans as well as disabled or injured adults seeking entry or re-entry into the work force. Niagara Cerebral Palsy offers health clinics and services for individuals with disabilities, including dental, podiatry and audiology. Services are by appointment only. For location information or to make an appointment, call 297-1478, Ext. 154.

The Early Childhood Direction Center provides information and referral to parents and professionals on the needs of developmentally disabled children up to age 5. The center also offers technical assistance to child care centers that care for young children with special needs. It serves Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Niagara and Orleans counties. Deaf Adult Services, 2495 Main St., Suite 450, is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday for deaf and hardof- hearing individuals who need assistance. Walk-in clients will be assisted or referred to appropriate agencies. For information, call 833-1637.
