Saturday afternoon, the University at Buffalo kicked off its women's basketball season with a 62-53 win over Youngstown State in Alumni Arena.
The Bulls blew an 11-point second half lead but went on a 14-4 run to put away the win. UB got significant contributions from its bench, didn't panic when the game got tight and created offense off its defense.

Meanwhile, St. Bonaventure ran off its second straight win earning a 74-68 victory at Kent State.
Are the Bonnies poised to make some noise this year?
What do you think?
