Iskalo Development plans to buy buildings formerly used by Kane Doyle Jeep on Delaware Avenue in Kenmore.
David Chiazza, an Iskalo official, declined to say how much the company is acquiring the properties for, since the deal is not yet completed.
The two properties, consisting of three buildings, were listed for sale by Hastings Cohn Real Estate with a total asking price of $1.18 million.
Kane Doyle Jeep closed last May as part of a dealership consolidation plan initiated by DaimlerChrysler. The dealership was located at 2780 Delaware Ave. in Kenmore, north of Kenmore Avenue.
Chiazza said Iskalo plans a mix of office and retail use for the site, but is still evaluating the existing buildings to decide what it might keep.
The developer was drawn to the site by its location in the Kenmore-North Buffalo area, he said.
