Stillwater Restaurant is operated by Stillwater Grille LLC and it is not in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, as was implied in a story Wednesday about threatened demolition of a building used in the 1901 Pan-American Exposition. The buildings are owned by Stillwater Holdings LLC, a real estate holding company that is in Chapter 11.

The attorney representing Stillwater Holdings and William R. Goodhue also repudiated Al T. Coppola's threat to demolish the exposition building unless the Preservation Board approved a canopy for the Stillwater Restaurant. Joseph E. Zdarsky said it never authorized Coppola to speak for Stillwater Holdings LLC, and had no prior knowledge of his intentions.
