A Mass of Christian Burial for Douglas W. Miller will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church, Center Avenue and Oliver Street, North Tonawanda.
Mr. Miller, who lived in North Tonawanda, drowned in Lake Michigan on Monday while visiting family. He was 46.
Born in Flint, Mich., Mr. Miller was a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a degree in packaging. For the past 10 years, he worked as a sales/packaging consultant at Philpac Corp. in Buffalo.
Mr. Miller enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Deerwood Deluxe Golf League. He was a fan of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres and enjoyed spending time with his family -- particularly the summer gatherings in Charlevoix, Mich.
Survivors include his wife, the former Anne C. Ostrowski; two daughters, Olivia and Madeline; a son, Michael; his mother, Jacqueline DePriest; and five brothers, Larry and Russ DePriest, and Tom, Jim and Mitch.
