The Bank of Akron named A. Irene Smith Clarence branch manager. Smith rejoined the bank with more than 12 years banking experience. She most recently served as a relationship banker with First Niagara.

Muggia and Associates attorney Frank C. Muggia recently gave the keynote address at the Liability Exposure in Veterinary Medicine conference in San Diego. Muggia, which has an office in Orchard Park, represents veterinarians across the country.
