TRUE TASTE OF HOME -- Leave it to Sandy Starks, creator of the Savor the Flavor series, to conjure up a full menu of authentic Queen City cuisine items that you can't get anywhere else for our expatriate visitors here for Buffalo Old Home Week.

She will host an Old Home Week edition at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Broadway Market, 998 Broadway, featuring samplings from Chiavetta's, La Nova, Bubbles Q Barbeque and Weber's mustard, along with such standbys as loganberry drink, beef on weck and, naturally, chicken wings. After tasting each dish, guests can take home recipe cards and coupons.

Prepaid reservations of $11 per person are essential. To reserve, call 839-5150.
