BUFFALO BILLS: The Bills Alumni Foundation will host its annual fundraising weekend on Sept. 8-10. The event will also honor Bills Pro Bowl players from 1960 to the present. The weekend kicks off with a Charity Gala on Sept. 8 at the Seneca Niagara Casino event center, a tailgate before the Bills home opener on Sept. 9 and a golf tournament on Sept. 10 at Lancaster Country Club. BUFFALO SABRES: The sixth annual Buffalo Sabres/Dick's Sporting Goods Street HockeyFest is Aug. 19 from 9-5 p.m. on the street surrounding HSBC Arena. The day-long street hockey tournament is open to boys and girls ages 5 and up at a cost of $100 per team. HOCKEY: Openings remain for the Paul Grundtisch Defenseman School at Holiday Twin Rinks on July 30-31 and Aug. 1-2. The program is open to house league and travel players ages 10-13. ROAD RACE: Loughran's 13th annual Alumni 5K Race and Wellness Walk is Monday at 7 p.m. It will benefit the lung unit of Women and Children's Hospital. The start and finish is at Loughran's Bar and Restaurant, 4543 Main St., Snyder. A post-race party features The Buffalo Steel Band. . . . YMCA: Registration continues at the Delaware Family YMCA and its D'Youville College site. Spaces are available for a variety of camps for children 3-15 and are geared to their interests and needs. Day camps run through Aug. 31 and offer morning and afternoon extended hours. Contact the Delaware Family YMCA at 875-1283.
