>Two teens charged with home burglary
BATAVIA -- Two Byron residents with a track record of burglary arrests are in Genesee County Jail following a five-week investigation, the Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
Joshua M. Gaudioso, 18, of Bank Street Road, and Nicholas R. Sutherland, 17, of Townline Road, were each charged Monday with one count of felony burglary in the second-degree.
This is the third burglary charge lodged against Gaudioso, who was jailed in mid-January following a break-in, and the second for Sutherland. They have yet to be tried in those cases.
The latest charge stems from the break-in at a residence on Townline Road in Byron. Both are being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
