Big 4 three-pointer

*The 43 points by Bowling Green guard Martin Samarco on Sunday against UB were the most by a BG player since 1966 and tied for the fifth-highest in Division I this season. St. Bonaventure has also given up a 43-point game, by Chicago State's David Holston in its Nov. 8 season opener in Austin, Texas.

*Eric Moore's 11 three-pointers Sunday for UB tied Fullerton State's Bobby Brown for the single-game lead this year against Division I foes. (Winthrop's Michael Jenkins had 12 against a D-II opponent.)

*Barry Durosier, a backup guard the last three years at Niagara, is tearing up Division II at the University of West Florida. Durosier, whose career high for the Purple Eagles was 16 points, is tied for sixth in the nation in scoring at 25.1 points and has three 30-point outbursts.
