Two men were robbed on the city's West Side on Wednesday by two armed men who ordered them to lie facedown on the ground and count to 60 as they fled, police reported.
Central District police said a 23-year-old Lancaster man and a 24-year-old Buffalo man were in the 200 block of West Utica Street at about 2:55 a.m. when they were confronted by two men wearing dark clothing. One of the assailants held up a full size, pump-action shotgun and told them, "We want all you got."
The robbers stole a cell phone, two wallets containing about $100, several beers and a six pack of Red Dog. Then, they forced both of the victims into an alley and ordered them onto the ground as they ran away.
