Louise Walker, a farm worker and janitor, Feb. 21 in Erie County Medical Center after a long illness. She was 81.
Born Louise Fye in Pensacola, Fla., she moved to Buffalo in 1955.
Mrs. Walker was a seasonal farm worker and also worked as a janitor for Homes Inc., retiring in 1985.
She enjoyed farm life, fishing and bingo.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Willie of Buffalo; a daughter, Louretha Walker Rosemond of Buffalo; two sons, Willie J. Jr. and James Lee, both of Buffalo; 25 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
A service will be at noon Thursday in True Bethel Baptist Church, 907 E. Ferry St., after a wake at 11. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca.
