Health Network getting $250,000 state grant
JAMESTOWN -- The Chautauqua County Health Network is receiving a $250,000 grant from the state Department of Health through the Rural Health Network Development Program.
Network Director Stan Lundine said the network is "delighted" to be getting more money this year for local health and wellness coalitions.
The grant will also be used to boost the number of health care professionals trained and practicing locally, as well as to help to people without health insurance.
