Albert B. "Allie" O'Brien Jr. died unexpectedly Thursday in his Fowler, Mich., home after a brief illness. He was 35.
Born in Buffalo, Mr. O'Brien graduated from Lancaster High School and attended D'Youville College. He moved to Florida in 1995, then settled in Fowler several years ago.
He worked for the past year as a collections agent for Account Receivable Solutions in St. Johns, Mich.
He attended Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler.
Mr. O'Brien enjoyed gourmet cooking, camping and caring for his dog, Hershey.
He is survived by his parents, Albert and Marcia of Fort Myers, Fla., and a sister, Kerrigan Sellers of Lansing, Mich.
A memorial service will be held Friday in Keck-Coleman Funeral Home in St. Johns.
