Donald L. Krohn of Wyoming, a Vietnam veteran and longtime steelworker, died Sunday at home under Hospice care after a lengthy illness. He was 55.
Born in Buffalo, he was a veteran of the Army, having served during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Krohn was employed for several years as a steelworker in Buffalo and then as a coil operator at Markin Tubing Co. in Pearl Creek.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, the former Sharon Snyder; a son, Donald of Wyoming; two daughters, Dawn Radigan of Silver Springs and Leeann Ackerman of Perry; a brother, Tim of Texas; two sisters, Rita Swiatek of Cheektowaga and Cheryl Richardson of Arizona; and three grandchildren.
Services will be scheduled.
