>Man says bar bouncers robbed him of $150
A Caneadea man told Buffalo police early Sunday morning that he was robbed of $150 by bouncers at a Franklin Street bar after a waitress spilled a tray of drinks on him.
Adam J. Gaczewski, 20, told Central District officers that he was at the Utopia Bar at 3:30 a.m. when a "shot girl" bumped him and spilled her drinks. A bouncer told him he owed $40 for the drinks, he said, and three other bouncers held him while his pockets were emptied of all his cash.
Gaczewski said he was then ejected from the bar with two witnesses, whose names and telephone numbers were given to the police.
>Boy, 7, left unattended in car; grandmother held
TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- Police arrested a 48-year-old Lockport woman Saturday for reportedly leaving her 7-year-old grandson unattended inside her car while she shopped at the Wal-Mart store on South Transit Street.
The child was left for about 30 minutes in extremely cold temperatures, deputies said. A passer-by spotted the child and waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up before alerting authorities.
Cathy A. Donelson of North Transit Street, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after being paged inside the store, deputies said.
