Donna J. Cannici, formerly of Buffalo, died Monday at home in Roanoke, Ind., after a long illness. She was 57.
Born Donna Sipowicz in Buffalo, she was a graduate of Riverside High School.
She moved to Roanoke in 1985 and had worked for 10 years at Central Transport before retiring in 2002.
Mrs. Cannici had been a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 160, American Legion.
She enjoyed bowling and traveling.
Survivors include her husband, Richard; a daughter, Deanne of Roanoke; a son, Richard II of Huntington, Ind.; her mother, Charlotte Sipowicz Jarocki of Cheektowaga; two sisters, Nancy Pohancsek of Buffalo and Cindy Mohney of Houston; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Deal-Rice Funeral Home, 240 Crestwood, Roanoke.
