Buffalo federation to convene 101st convention

Irene Adamski will give a program, "The Way We Were," at the afternoon session at the 101st annual convention of Buffalo Federation of Women's Clubs March 23 in Buffalo Niagara Marriott Hotel, preceding installation of officers and directors for two-year terms.

Coffee and registration will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Gloria Pfohl, president, will greet delegates and officers, and committee chairwomen will give reports during the morning. Cost for the day is $26 per person.

Polls for election of officers will be open from 10:45 to noon, preceding luncheon at 12:15. Patricia H. Greene, president of the New York State Federation of Women's Clubs, will speak.

Officer candidates are co-presidents, Mary Ellen Glynn and Carol McMahon; second vice president, Patricia Henry; recording secretary, Corrine Beck; auditor, Joan Weichmann. Candidates for the board of directors are Margaret Pagano, Mothers' Club of Buffalo; Dewella Dobson, Students' Club of Buffalo; Kathy Carrow, Woman's Club of Orchard Park; and Donna Cook, Clarence Contemporary Club.
