A Mass of Christian Burial for Timothy F. Richards, a self-employed handyman, was offered Jan. 14 in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
Mr. Richards died unexpectedly Jan. 9 in his Buffalo home. He was 50.
A lifelong resident of Buffalo, he was a graduate of Baker-Victory High School. He also had worked for Ashland Oil Co.
Mr. Richards was the financial sponsor of a child overseas and enjoyed the outdoors, whether biking, canoeing or walking. He was a Bills fan.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Mary and John Riordan, both of Buffalo; four sisters, Susan Senko and Kathy Dickson, both of Hamburg, and Barb Stroebele and Mary Banach, both of West Seneca; and three brothers, Matthew Richards, Frank Richards and Ray Ward, all of Buffalo.
