Dorothy M. Peggues, a retired cafeteria worker, died Thursday in Sisters Hospital after a long illness. She was 75.
Born Dorothy Botts in Buffalo, she worked as a cafeteria worker for the Buffalo school district for 22 years, retiring in 1993.
Mrs. Peggues was a resident of St. Francis Nursing Home.
She is survived by two sons, Curtis Young of Fort Worth, Texas, and Alfred of Buffalo; a sister, Helen Ferguson of Buffalo; a brother, Leonard Hopkins of Buffalo; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at noon Wednesday in Free Spirit Missionary Baptist Church, 60 Titus St. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca.
