The football off-season seems the perfect time for some coaching on life off the field. So here's the gameplan: Go see Herman Boone, the football coach whose inspirational story was portrayed in the movie "Remember the Titans," on noon Wednesday at Niagara County Community College. Compose yourself, and get ready to hear some great classical music this weekend. The Orchard Park Symphony Orchestra hits the stage at 7:30 p.m. today in the Orchard Park Middle School Auditorium, 60 S. Ann Randolph is taking audiences on an emotional roller coaster with "Squeeze Box" at Alleyway Theatre, 1 Curtain Up Alley. For 75 minutes Randolph goes from laughs to heartbreak in this one-woman show, which plays at 7:30 p.m. today and Thursday, 4 and 8 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday.
