Judith A. Korzkowski, a social worker, died Saturday in her Hamburg home after a short illness. She was 58.
Born Judith McGroarty in Buffalo, she was a graduate of South Park High School and Bryant & Stratton Business Institute.
Mrs. Korzkowski was employed for the past 16 years as a social worker with the Joan A. Male Family Support Clinic. Prior to that, she worked in the state unemployment office in Lackawanna.
She enjoyed camping in Allegany State Park with her family.
Surviving are her husband of 39 years, David A. Sr.; a daughter, Christine M. Kopecki of Eden; a son, David P. Jr. of Boston; her father, Bernard McGroarty Sr. of Hamburg; three brothers, Bernard McGroarty Jr. and James C. McGroarty Sr., both of Lackawanna, and Robert McGroarty of Buffalo; and three grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in SS. Rita & Patrick Catholic Church, 190 Fillmore Ave., after prayers at 8:30 in Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home, 4199 South Lakeshore Road, Town of Hamburg. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lackawanna.
