Rosli Proc-Procenko, a former teacher, died Wednesday in Brethren Care Village, Ashland, Ohio. She was 88.
Born Rosli Huber in Switzerland, where she attended school, she came to the United States in the 1950s and settled in Buffalo.
She was a former registered nurse and taught first grade at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic School in Buffalo for many years.
Mrs. Proc-Procenko was a member of Riverside Baptist Church, where she also was a deaconess, member of the choir, active in church music ministry and taught in the children's ministry.
Her husband of 48 years, Michael, died in 2004.
Survivors include a daughter, Ducia Hamm of Savannah, Ohio, and three grandchildren.
Burial was in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca.
