SOUPER BOWL: Bassett Park Manor, an assisted living facility, will be collecting canned soup and non-perishable food items throughout the month as part of its "Souper Bowl" to benefit local food banks. The items can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at the manor, 111 St. Gregory Court, Williamsville. For more information, call 689-2394.


ARCHITECTURE EXHIBIT: "Thresholds Along the Frontier: Contemporary U.S. Border Stations," an exhibit of newly designed U.S. international border stations, is on view from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through March 13 in Dyett Gallery, Hayes Hall, on the University at Buffalo South Campus. The exhibition is free.


DRIVER'S COURSE: A New York State certified six-hour point and insurance reduction course will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, 2950 Elmwood Ave., Kenmore. The course will allow each participant to receive 10 percent off their collision and liability auto insurance for three years, and remove up to four points from a New York State driver's license.
