ARMED FORCES WEEK: Buffalo Naval and Military Park. Free admission to park today; U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Hollyhock is to enter the harbor at 10:30 a.m. and will be open for free tours. Ceremony at 11 a.m.

MOTORCYCLE SAFETY: A Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Rally, 1 p.m. today in Albion. Assemble at the County Courthouse Main Street (Route 98) and East State Street. Ceremony at 2 p.m., and a 50-mile ride through Orleans County will follow, ending at the American Legion, Main Street. The public is welcome. Information, 585-798-1302.

BICYCLE SAFETY: The Police Athletic League of Buffalo's 4th Annual Bicycle Safety Training and Helmet Giveaways for city youth will occur at several sites throughout the city during May. First event is at 6 p.m. Monday, in the Masten District at the Ferry Grider Homes. Each child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who can complete the paperwork and show identification. ENERGY PROGRAM: Nancy Reukauf of the Cornell Cooperative Extension and the EmPower New York Program presents a program on how to save energy, prepare for power outages, and improve energy efficiency in the home at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Gloria J.
