Five men are running for three open spots on the Wellsville School Board in the May 17 election.
Voters also will have three propositions to decide, after a May 10 meeting to discuss the $20.7 million budget proposal.
Incumbents Julie Briggs Cunningham, Sherry Walton and James Dello are not seeking re-election to the board.
Running for the three seats are Donald LaForge Jr., Darrin W. Cornell, Rex Olson, Marvin D. Lehman and Alan G. Mosher.
Voters will consider the budget, up about 3 percent over this year's spending, as well as decide whether to spend $155,000 to buy three school buses and $71,600 to buy about a fifth of an acre on North Brooklyn Avenue, adjacent to school property.
