FALLS MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO SELLING COCAINE

Durell Westbrook, 20, of North Avenue, Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance Friday in Niagara County Court.

Westbrook sold cocaine to county Drug Task Force agents in Niagara Falls on Sept. 13 and 28. No sentencing date was announced.

In another case, Gerald J. Kelly, 46, of Seventh Street, Niagara Falls, pleaded not guilty to second-degree assault. He is accused of stabbing a man in Niagara Falls on Nov. 10.

Kenneth J. Dominguez, 22, of Shenk Road, Cambria, pleaded not guilty to felony driving while intoxicated and four other traffic counts. He was arrested Jan. 9 after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident in the Town of Lockport.
