WOMAN DELIVERING PIZZA ROBBED OF $60 AT GUNPOINT

A pizza deliverer was robbed of $60 at gunpoint late Thursday afternoon in the city's Riverside section, Buffalo police reported.

The woman, who works for Benny's Pizza on Amherst Street, told police she was making a delivery on Collaton Street, near Riverside High School, at about 5:30 p.m., when a man asked her for change for a $10 bill.

When she pulled out her money, he pulled out a black handgun and robbed her of the $60, according to police reports.

Detectives are looking for a suspect known by his street name.
