Brian P. Walsh, 33, of Wellsville will serve three years' probation, pay a $1,000 fine and be registered as a sex offender.
Allegany County Judge James E. Euken sentenced Walsh Wednesday on guilty pleas to sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
Walsh had been indicted on second-degree sodomy, second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, third-degree criminal solicitation and other charges Feb. 1, 2004.
Euken dismissed several of those charges for lack of corroborating evidence, and the misdemeanor pleas cleared the remainder of the indictments.
Walsh, a former member and officer of the Wellsville Volunteer Ambulance Corps and adviser to the Explorer Post it sponsored, was charged in August 2003, accused of abusing, enticing and drugging boys he met through the organizations.
Euken sentenced him to 60 days in jail Wednesday and gave him credit for time served.
