IMPRISONED FALLS MAN INDICTED ON DRUG COUNTS

A Niagara Falls man, already in prison for robbery, was indicted Wednesday by a Niagara County grand jury on cocaine charges.

Kenneth M. Williams, 21, of Ontario Avenue, is charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested Aug. 9 on Whitney Avenue in Niagara Falls and accused of intending to sell .13 ounces of cocaine.

Williams is serving 2 1/2 to five years in Lakeview Correctional Facility for trying to rob a pizza deliveryman at gunpoint March 6, 2004, on Cudaback Avenue in Niagara Falls.
