Albion police arrested five people early Wednesday after they said they found crack cocaine, marijuana, cash and packaging materials in two units of the Beechwood Apartments.
Chief Dean London said the raid, at about 6:30 a.m., followed a monthlong investigation into cocaine trafficking.
Kimberly A. Schuster, 20, of Beechwood Apartments, and Yanique Bryant, 19, and Paul Ravenel, 24, both of Rochester, were charge each with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal nuisance.
The three also were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child. Police said two children were in the apartment where 35 packets of crack cocaine were found.
Dennis L. Massey, 43, of Beechwood Apartments, and Latoya L. Green, 30, of Beaver Street, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal nuisance.
Bryant and Ravenel were being held in lieu of $20,000 bail in Orleans County Jail, where Schuster was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail. Massey and Green received appearance tickets.
