Joseph P. Morgan of Buffalo, an accountant, died unexpectedly Monday in Buffalo General Hospital. He was 46.
Born in Buffalo, he was a graduate of Lafayette High School and Medaille College.
He lived in Syracuse for 20 years before returning here last year.
An accountant for P&C Foods in Syracuse, he retired about six months ago because of poor health.
Mr. Morgan enjoyed playing cards and board and computer games and visiting casinos.
Surviving are a daughter, Christine of Syracuse; two sons, Joseph Provorst and Justin, both of Syracuse; his parents, Shirley Morgan and Charles Stanton of Buffalo; and four brothers, William, Robert and Bradley, all of Buffalo, and Mark of Amherst.
Prayers will be said after a viewing from 4 to 8 p.m. today in Lombardo Funeral Home, 102 Linwood Ave.
