VARIED SENTENCE GIVEN IN FELONY DWI

A North Tonawanda man received a varied sentence for felony driving while intoxicated Friday from Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza.

William C. Crowe, 46, of Zimmerman Street, will serve five days in jail, pay a $2,500 fine, and wear an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet for the first six months of a five-year probation term.

Crowe pleaded guilty in the wake of his arrest Sept. 13 in Wheatfield.
