STOLEN-PROPERTY PLEA RESULTS IN JAIL TERM

A Lewiston man who pawned $5,800 worth of property from his former wife's home has been sentenced to six months in jail and five years' probation.

City Judge Mark A. Violante imposed the penalty Tuesday on Anthony DiBartolomeo, 44, of Swann Road, who pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
