SENTENCES IMPOSED IN 2 BURGLARY CASES

Two burglars were sentenced Wednesday in Niagara County Court.

Judge Peter L. Broderick Sr. orders a seven-year prison term for Robert E. Wall Jr., 37, of 25th Street, Niagara Falls, who was convicted of second-degree burglary for breaking into a LaSalle Avenue apartment on Oct. 9, 2003.

Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza placed Curtis N. Dubke on probation for five years for attempted third-degree burglary. Dubke, 20, of 14th Street, North Tonawanda, pleaded guilty to breaking into a garage July 6 on the North Tonawanda waterfront and taking a kayak.
