Marion M. Boorom, a retired clerk-typist, died Tuesday in DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was 84.
Born Marion Weber in the Town of Tonawanda, she was a clerk-typist for many years for the North Tonawanda Board of Education.
She enjoyed gardening.
She was the widow of Franklin Boorom. They had been married for 55 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara B. Newman and Nancy P. Moskal, both of North Tonawanda; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
