Interstate Bakeries Corp., the bankrupt maker of lunchbox staples Twinkies and Wonder Bread, said Wednesday it will restate earnings for parts of 2004 and 2005 because of errors in how it accounted for an employee pension plan. It also reported losing another $8.26 million during the four weeks ending March 5.

Media tycoon Conrad Black and longtime business partner David Radler have resigned as officers and directors of Ravelston Corp., the private holding company behind the troubled Hollinger media empire.
