A service for Cornelia Donaldson, a retired receptionist, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 351 Emslie St.

The lifelong Buffalo resident died Saturday in Buffalo General Hospital after a brief illness. She was 71.

A graduate of Kensington Business Institute, Miss Donaldson worked for the Girl Scout Council of Buffalo and Erie County for 23 years before retiring in 2001.

Survivors include six daughters, Marsha Harold, Betty Green, Donna Hunter, Racheal, Gale and Audra, all of Buffalo; seven sons, Gary, Ernest, LeRoy, Kevin, Micheal and Adrian, all of Buffalo, and Cardell of Jamestown; three sisters, Mattie Stokes, Helen Walker and Catherine Baker, all of Buffalo; two brothers, Paul and Henry, both of Buffalo; 48 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
