RANDOLPH GIRL HIT BY CAR CROSSING 4-LANE ROADWAY

An 11-year-old Randolph girl was seriously injured at about 3:30 p.m. Monday when she was hit by a car while attempting to cross Washington Street near West 11th Street, Jamestown police said.

The girl suffered arm and leg injuries and was taken to WCA Hospital, police said. The girl and four friends were crossing the four-lane roadway in heavy traffic, police said. The driver of the car was identified as Stacey Conyer, 24, of Jamestown. No charges were lodged.
