Services for Donald E. Stasio, a piledriver, will be held at 11 a.m. today in Peter K. Leslie Funeral Home, 580 South Park Ave.
Mr. Stasio died Tuesday at home after battling kidney cancer. He was 72.
He was born in Buffalo and lived in the city his entire life.
Mr. Stasio was a construction piledriver from 1960 to 1988, when he retired. He was a member of Local 1978 of the Piledrivers.
He served in the Army and received the Korean Service Medal, two Bronze Stars, the National Defense Medal and the United Nations Medal.
He was a member of McCarthy's Social Club and the Weber VFW Post.
Survivors include two daughters, Laura of Lynchburg, Va., and Lisa Callesto of Amherst; a son, Donald M. of Marlton, N.J.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
