GUILTY PLEAS ENTERED IN CATTARAUGUS COURT

Several people entered guilty pleas this week in Cattaraugus County Court and face sentencing in June.

Donald R. King, 63, of Springville, pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted course of sexual conduct against a child, between April 2000 and April 2001 in East Otto, involving a person younger than 11.

Delores Redeye, 48, currently in the county jail, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, April 24, 2003, in Coldspring.

Joseph J. Zientek, 30, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and driving without a license, March 12 in Yorkshire.

Edward L. Buffalo, 31, of Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and driving without a license, Oct. 27 in the City of Salamanca.

Joshua C. Stacey, 26, of Randolph, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief, Aug. 29 in the Town of Randolph.
