Frank N. Frazier, a retired carpenter who was active in senior citizen activities, died Monday in Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was 103.
A native of Centerville and former Pike resident, he was a self-employed carpenter for 48 years, retiring at age 65.
Until recently Mr. Frazier was active in senior citizen and Golden Agers groups. He arranged more than 123 senior citizen bus trips. He also regularly visited local nursing homes where he played music and served punch and cookies.
For many years he was active with the Victory Junior Drum Corps in Pike, which he started to help young people stay off of the streets.
His wife, the former Virginia Layhe, died in 1979.
Survivors include two daughters, Jayne Marble of Pike and Diane Hollister of Warsaw; a sister, Christina of Centerville; 20 grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in Weeks Funeral Home, 123 N. Main St.Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Pike.
