Lillian M. Selcoe, 82, a former secretary in Sweet Home Central Schools, died last Monday in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda, following a long illness.
Born in Wales, England, the former Lillian Dillon moved to Toronto with her family as a child. She came to the Town of Tonawanda following her marriage to Charles Selcoe in 1947.
Mrs. Selcoe worked as a secretary in the Sweet Home School District for 15 years, until her retirement in 1997.
A member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in the Town of Tonawanda, she enjoyed bowling, baking and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, Charles of the Town of Tonawanda.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Amigone Funeral Home, 2600 Sheridan Drive, Town of Tonawanda. Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda.
