Lockport City Police nabbed a man Friday wanted in a bump and grab robbery a week ago outside Lockport Savings Bank.

Scott M. Stoddard, 29, who has no permanent address, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree robbery after being questioned by Detective John Yotter.

He was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in City Court.
