Tracy Maracle, 34, of Sweetwood Drive, pleaded guilty in Niagara County Court Thursday to attempted second-degree burglary.
No sentencing date was announced for Maracle, who broke into a home on High Street June 30.
In another burglary case before Judge Peter L. Broderick Sr., Alvin Watson, 53, of 13th Street, Niagara Falls, denied charges that he burglarized a garage on Fourth Street in Niagara Falls Nov. 9.
Watson is charged with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief, petit larceny, possession of stolen property and burglary tools.
He's being held in Erie County, where he is accused of burglarizing the rectory of St. Ann's Catholic Church on Emslie Street in Buffalo Nov. 27.
