Services for Louis Wiggins Jr., of Buffalo, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Living Water Fellowship, 382 Pine Ridge Road, Cheektowaga. Burial will be in St. Matthews Cemetery, West Seneca.
Mr. Wiggins, known as "Bro," 60, died unexpectedly April 2 in Erie County Medical Center.
He was born in Portsmouth, Va., and moved to Buffalo as a child, graduating from East High School. For more than 10 years he worked at General Motors Corp.'s Town of Tonawanda Engine Plant, retiring in the late 1980s because of disability.
Mr. Wiggins was an assistant boxing coach and a member of FATHERS, an East Side community group. He enjoyed writing poetry.
Survivors, all of Buffalo, include two sons, Louis IV and Issa; four sisters, Harriett Kelly, Theresa Rutherford, Martha J. and Regina M.; and two brothers, James and M. Larry.
