MAN, 30, DENIES GUILT IN FALLS HOME INTRUSION

A North Avenue man pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of second-degree burglary/illegally entering a dwelling, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment.

On March 15, Olessieo T. Jackson, 30, allegedly entered the 19th Street residence of a woman who has an order of protection against him and grabbed her by the throat and tried to stop her from calling police.

Bail was set at $6,000 cash or $12,000 property, and the case was adjourned to April 15.
