Phillips Lytle partner Martha L. Salzman recently presented at a seminar titled "Preparing and Drafting Organization Documents for New York Limited Liability Companies," sponsored by the New York State Bar Association Committee on Continuing Legal Education.
Stand Advertising, an Amherst-based advertising and marketing firm, named Kelly Waite Stabler traffic manager. Waite Stabler acts as a liaison between account service and all other departments supervising the flow and timeliness of agency client projects. Previously, she was with Inlighten, Inc. The agency also named Alecia Rene Merchant administrative assistant/receptionist. Most recently, Merchant was with Bush Industries.
Greater Buffalo Savings Bank opened its eighth branch, on West Third Street in Jamestown. This is its first office in Chautauqua County. The bank is also planning three other offices, one in Cheektowaga and two in Amherst.
